Cartridge Kits
They are the sterilization kits, operated with the gas diffusion technology which sterilize all kinds of plastic, rubber, sensitive, metal, mechanical, medical and surgical materials whether they are resistant to heat or not.
Each cartridge kit consists of:
- Ethylene Oxide Gas Cardridge
- Sterilization Bag
- Humidity Chip
- Dosimeter
- Clips
- Ethylene Oxide Gas Cardridge
- It includes ethylene oxide gas in different dosages.
- Sterilization Bag
- It is a special gas and air-permeable membrane bag, manufactured from LDPE.
- Dosimeter
- It is a special dosage integrator, produces results to biologic references by checking sterilization parameters.
- Humidity Chip
- It provides relative humidity in 30 % - 90 % ratios, required for the sterilization in sterilization bag. It has 4 or 9 grams of water in its structure. Also it includes 3 % sodium benzoate for the protection purpose.
- Clips
- It is used to seal the opening of the sterilization bag.
